To Be My Own Boss.
I want to wake up by 7 am every day.
Spend 1 hour of meditation and devotion.
Eat a healthy breakfast.
Spend 2 hours on the computer.
Make all necessary calls and other contacting.
Spend 2 hours running errands and getting everything done. (Sit at Starbucks if there is excess time or no errands.)
1 hour of ME TIME.
Pick up the kids.
Homework with the kids.
Spend time with hubby.
Make my to do list for the next day.
Go to bed by 11 pm.
I want that to be my typical day as an entrepreneur.
I discovered myself.
I got help for my anxiety & depression.
I made MAJOR life decisions.
I pushed myself.
I decided to walk away from the path others expected and into the one that matters to me.
I LOVE FOOD! It’s my favorite past time. 🙂
- Spicy Krab Dip
- Spinach Dip
- Cajun Ranch Fries
- Homemade Fries
- Pralines Ice Cream
- Pecan Pie
- Stuffed Mushrooms
- Seafood Rotel
Now it is the end! I’m sorry to have that many but I’m happy you know me much better 🙂
That’s simple…Saying goodbye.
Every time I have to kiss my niece goodbye or say goodbye to my fiance.
It always breaks my heart.
I love having my family close which is why I changed my life path so that I can be with the love of my life and see my niece when I want to.
Very simple & fun.
I LOVE this topic!
Life with Casper. I wanted the title to be general because I didn’t want to pigeonhole myself into one specific category.
What stands out in my short life?…
The only thing that comes to mind is my engagement, graduating from college, the birth of my niece, getting accepted into graduate school…
Currently, my most proud moment would have to be deciding to leave graduate school. I know that sounds weird but I was at peace with my decision. I expected to be frightened at not knowing where I’m going but instead I felt relieved. There was no sadness. For once, I felt complete knowing that I was about to start the life I wanted with the man of my dreams.
I was proud of that moment because I took a stand of my own for myself. I didn’t think of anyone else but myself.
It was refreshing.
It was freeing.
It was literally LIFE CHANGING!
Make your own decisions. Don’t let others influence you. Take it into consideration but talk to EVERYONE!
If you make your own decisions, you won’t regret anything because YOU decided on your own.
The action or process of affirming something or being affirmed.
To assert strongly and publicly.
I define affirmations as a key to changing your mindset, which in turn changes your life. For every negative trait or thought that comes to your mind, make it positive. Do you want to spend all day harping on what is going wrong in your life? Or do you want to find the silver lining in every situation?
Life is about perspective.
Is the glass half full or half empty? Lay out the pros and cons of the situations that get you stumped. Which list is longer? Which items on the list weigh heavier in your life? Sometimes it’s not the length of the list that makes the difference but the gravity of the items on the list.
What perspective do you choose?
Optimism vs Pessimism. Try both sides. It won’t hurt anything but it may waste your time and irritate those around you. Take a deep breath and choose the optimistic route, it will improve your mood so that when you want to be pessimistic it doesn’t look very appealing. Make it a habit to sway on the optimistic side.
You can only control your reactions.
You can’t control the world. Life is going to throw you curve balls and unless you’re throwing the ball, you don’t know where it is going. Don’t waste your energy trying to alter what has already occurred. Take it in stride and figure out the best plan of action. It’ll be easier and less stressful. Focus on the future and the rest will fall into place.
What are the three things you have to let go of instead of trying to control?
